Your monthly quota is used first. Once that is exhausted, extra credits kick in automatically.

Do you support PPP Discounts?

No. Prices are standard globally. Discounts are based on tier benefits, not geography.

Do the discounts on extra credits apply to AppSumo tiers?

Yes. Tier-based discounts apply on top of the listed extra credit prices. For example, if your tier includes a 5% top-up discount, the 20packcosts20packcosts19.

When do credits reset?

Credits reset based on the date you redeemed or started your plan, not the calendar month. If you activated on June 15, they reset on July 15.

Does keyword research use AI credits?

No. Keyword research has its own unlimited allowance and does not consume AI credits.

How much do extra brands cost?

You cannot purchase extra brands individually. Brands are bundled with your plan tier. Contact support for agency bulk pricing if you need more than your tier allows.

Can I change a brand later?

Yes. You can change a brand's domain once every 30 days. Changing the domain wipes all existing data for that brand and starts fresh.

Why do tiers discriminate between AI models?

Some models are significantly more expensive to run. All models use a fixed number of credits per response by design. Limiting model access on lower tiers keeps lifetime plans feasible.

We are exploring giving users the choice to select any model regardless of tier, while limiting the number of providers or total usage.

What qualifies as a prompt response?

One prompt response equals one AI answer from any provider, which costs 25 credits.

If you track 8 prompts across 1 provider, that uses 200 credits per refresh cycle. If you track across 8 providers, that uses 1,600 credits per cycle.

Which LLMs does prompt tracking cover?

ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok, Meta AI, DeepSeek, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini.

Is BYOK available for AppSumo users?

BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) is planned and will be available for AppSumo Tier 3 and above. It will cover AI-based tasks including article generation and prompt tracking.

Can I shorten the 15-day tracking interval?

Not by using credits. The refresh interval is tied to your plan tier. We will soon offer weekly refreshes starting from Tier 3 and above. All future updates are included with your purchase.

SnowSEO runs deep continuous scans for every brand and competitor, plus multiple accuracy checks before showing any data. This happens without charging credits. Brand limits keep the quality high and make lifetime deals feasible.

We plan to release more tiers with higher limits specifically for agency usage.

Can agencies get bulk discounts for more brands?

Yes. While you cannot buy individual brands, contact [email protected] to discuss your requirements. We can offer discounts on bulk brand additions for agencies managing many client sites.

Can I use SnowSEO for client sites?

Yes. Add each client site as a separate brand. You can invite team members or clients to your organisation at no extra cost. There are no per-seat limits.

Any limitation on website size for audits?

Each audit scans one page. Tier 1 offers 500 audits per month, which covers up to 500 pages. For sites with 30,000+ pages, you would need a higher tier. We plan to add plans with larger audit limits.

Is unlimited topic clusters truly unlimited?

Yes. There is no hard cap on the number of topic clusters you can create. The system can generate and manage as many clusters as your content strategy requires.

Does SnowSEO work with any website builder?

Yes. It does not matter what technology you use. WordPress, Webflow, Ghost, Framer, Shopify, Mobirise, or custom HTML. SnowSEO audits, tracks keywords, monitors AI visibility, and generates content regardless of your tech stack.

One GSC property per brand. If you manage multiple sites, create a separate brand for each and connect the matching property.

Yes. Website audits work regardless of your site's language. The audit checks technical infrastructure and content structure, which applies universally. You can export PDF reports to share with clients.

Will monthly search volumes be added to rank tracking?

Yes. This is in the pipeline and will be added in the near future.

Can I select multiple keywords in bulk for different countries?

Yes. You can bulk import keywords and assign different countries to each one.

Does SnowSEO create backlinks?

No. SnowSEO does not build backlinks directly. It helps you identify relevant websites in your niche and suggests outreach opportunities that could earn you backlinks.

Are articles limited to 1000 words?

No. You can customize the word count freely. There is no fixed cap.
