Big update before we close.

AI Director is not another 15-second AI clip generator. It scripts full 2-minute explainers from scratch: narration, music, pacing, editing choices. Pick a style to choose the type of video you want — product ads, tutorials, brand videos — and it builds a complete video ready to publish.

The kind of thing that used to take a full production day. Especially good for ads.

Focused tools. We split the creation suite into dedicated modes. Each tool does one thing well. No more guessing which model fits your use case.

Showcase. A gallery of finished videos from the team and real MotionVid users, so you can see exactly what's possible before you start.

All live now in your dashboard.

The Plus campaign closes in 7 days. We don't plan to offer lifetime access again after this — if you've been thinking about it, this is the window.

Thank you to everyone who joined during this campaign. You're the reason we made Motionvid what it is today.

Hey Sumo-lings,

Nick here, founder of MotionVid.

First, thank you. The response to this deal has been humbling, and your feedback has shaped the product more than you know.

So we built the thing you kept asking for. We just added a final top tier with three of the most requested features:

- API access to plug MotionVid into you

- MCP, so you can run it straight from Claude and other AI agents

- BYOK, bring your own key and run the AI on your own setup

And BYOK is exclusive to AppSumo. It's not on our regular plans, and it's not going to be. This one's yours, our way of saying thanks for backing us early.

We've had a ton of generations come through the Miltos 5.0 beta, and every bit of feedback has gone somewhere real. We're heads-down making the tool better and faster, and we've already made it far more efficient with credits, so you get more out of every one.

None of this happens without you. Your support and your honest feedback have made this a genuinely better product. Thank you.

One week left on the campaign. If you've been on the fence, or you want the new top tier, now's the time.

Appreciate you all,

Nick

Hey Sumo-lings 👋

Quick update on what we just shipped — and why your lifetime deal just got a lot more valuable.

New Animora models are live on the Video tab.

We've completely rebuilt the video model. The new ones — Animora 2.0 Fast and Animora Pro — are significantly better than what we had before. Faster too. Animora 2.0 Fast is now the default for quick iteration; Pro is for when you want the final, polished render.

Your credits go further. We restructured pricing on the new models so each generation now costs 50% fewer credits than before. Same one-time purchase, more videos.

We added a templates tab to video. Click any template and remake it into your own. More templates coming over the next few weeks.

Free background remover in the Image section. Upload any image and remove the background instantly, completely free, no credits needed.

Quick heads-up on the old model. The previous Animora Cinematic is still around on the /start-end tab at 60% off for a limited time. After that we're sunsetting it in favor of the new models.

Excited to see your creations. Let us know your feedback. You helped us get to where we are now.

Hey Sumolings,

What a ride. 800+ of you on board in 10 days, feedback pouring in daily, and we've been shipping non-stop to make this the product you want.

Here's what's new:

Miltos and Animora Standard are both 30% more credit-efficient. Same quality, more videos from the same budget. Miltos is our main model so this one hits hard.

Credit packs are now 40% off exclusively for AppSumo users. Check the pricing section when logged in. Discount applies automatically.

Miltos has been rebuilt from scratch. Better output quality, faster generations, and a completely new UI.

New text animation templates for Infographics. Several launched already, more landing every week.

What's coming:

Miltos end-to-end video generation. Type one idea and Miltos writes the script, selects stock footage, generates voiceover, music, and assembles the full video. Then you can tweak everything in the editor. This is where we're betting the company.

4K upscale tool. Generate at 1080p, upscale to 4K on demand.

iPhone app. A huge chunk of you use MotionVid on mobile, so we're building a proper iPhone app.

More shipping next week. Your feedback drives what we build next.

If you've got ideas, feedback, or want to show us what you've made, send me an email or hit me on Discord. I read every message.

Thanks for backing us this early.
