Since our last post, we’ve focused on giving you more control over your document workflows and making it much faster to reuse them across clients, teams, and use cases.

Conditional exports are now live

You can decide exactly when an export should run based on document details or final extracted values.

For example, you can:

- Send EUR invoices to one Google Sheet and USD invoices to another

- Send high-value invoices to Airtable or email

- Route different document results to different folders or business tools

You can also add multiple exports of the same type, each with its own destination, mapping, and conditions.

Clone parser setups in seconds

You can now clone an existing parser instead of rebuilding it from scratch.

DigiParser copies the fields, tables, extraction settings, folder structure, Smart Folder rules, lookup files, post-processing rules, and review setup.

Integrations, connected accounts, documents, and processing history remain separate, so the new parser starts clean. This is especially useful for agencies and teams that create similar workflows for different clients.

New native AirTable and Teable integrations

Connect your Airtable, or Teable account, select a base and table, and map DigiParser fields directly to Table columns.

You can create:

- One Airtable/Teable record per processed document

- One record for every extracted table row

- Multiple Airtable/Teable exports with different tables, mappings, and conditions

More ways to send your results

We’ve also added several powerful export options:

- Send processed files and extracted results directly to Google Drive or Dropbox

- Use Custom Code Export to connect almost any API, with AI-generated starter code

- Convert extracted bank transactions into .qbo bank-feed files for QuickBooks Desktop

EU hosting for AppSumo customers

AppSumo customers on License Tiers 3 through 6 can now choose US or EU hosting during activation at no additional cost.
