I’m Jeff, the founder of Aivolut Books. Thanks for taking a look at what we’ve been building.

For years I’ve built AI writing products used by tens of thousands of people. AI has become remarkably good at generating sentences and paragraphs, but books reveal where it still struggles: a good paragraph is not the same thing as a good book.

A book has to remember what it is trying to say. It needs a clear promise, a logical structure, a consistent voice, and chapters that belong together. For fiction, the characters and plot need to remain coherent. For nonfiction, the arguments, research, and examples need to support the same central idea.

Getting AI to write a decent chapter isn’t the hard part. The hard part is getting chapter 13 to remember what chapter 2 said. The voice starts to drift, ideas get repeated, and small contradictions creep in. You end up spending half your time reminding the AI what book you’re writing.

That is why we built Aivolut Books.

I wanted to create a guided workspace that helps you turn an idea into a book, with AI doing the heavy lifting and you making the decisions that matter.

You can start with a simple idea, a detailed brief, or your own research material. Aivolut Books helps you develop the direction, build an editable outline, and write a first draft guided by your ideas, source material, and chosen style.

If you want a hands-off experience, the platform can guide you through most of the workflow. If you want control, you can shape the writing style, knowledge sources, themes, characters, plot, chapters, and individual passages yourself.

What’s new with Aivolut Books

We rebuilt Aivolut Books from scratch for this AppSumo launch, expanding what you can create and giving you more control along the way.

You can now use it for fiction, nonfiction, digital products, and picture books. You can bring in your own reference documents, conduct deeper research, create illustrations, edit passages with AI, generate covers and Amazon metadata, and export your manuscript as DOCX, PDF, or EPUB.

Higher tiers also let you import existing manuscripts, translate books, maintain continuity across a series, and create audiobooks. See the plan comparison for what’s included in each tier.

Behind the scenes, our proprietary planning system does the heavy lifting. It maps the book’s core ideas, structure, chapter goals, writing style, and source material, then uses that plan to guide each chapter instead of generating them in isolation. This helps keep the manuscript coherent, with less repetition, fewer contradictions, and a more consistent voice from beginning to end.

Despite everything it can do, Aivolut Books is designed to feel simple. Start with an idea, review the brief and outline, then follow the guided steps to a complete first draft. Let AI handle most of the work, or step in whenever you want more control.
