    Pricing for White-labeling

    Hello Sumolings,

    We are excited to bring you updates on our pricing decisions around white-labeling! While not currently offered, white-labeling is on our roadmap and we understand that pricing around this feature is important to many of our users. For this reason, we have been working diligently to create a pricing structure that aligns with our customers needs.

    In short, we have decided to add white-labeling to our Agency Plan (Tier 3) at no additional charge. On release, agencies will be able to add their clients to a view-only, white-labeled version of our platform, complete with the agency's logo and a custom (CNAME) domain. The client will be able to see posts scheduled by the agency, comment and approve/deny them for posting. They will also be able to connect their own socials. This type of client we call a reviewer, and will have all the tools they need to review posts created by the agency.

    In addition to this, we recognize some might want a more hands-on client experience. For these more advanced needs, we will also be releasing the option to turn any reviewer into a partner. Partners will have the same full white-labeled experience as a reviewer, but will also have full access to their business, including the ability to generate posts, edit business and branding details. To enable this feature, there will be an additional monthly charge of $15 per account. This pricing reflects the increased value and functionality offered to Partner clients.

    We understand that different agencies have different needs, and our new pricing structure reflects this understanding. The reviewer client option is ideal for traditional agencies that handle most of the work for their clients, providing a streamlined, efficient workflow. On the other hand, the partner client option is designed for agencies that prefer a more collaborative approach with their clients. This option allows clients to have a more active role in content generation and reduces the load on the agency. We believe that this pricing structure will provide flexibility to how you decide to structure your business and will fairly scale with the value you receive from Marky.

    We're excited about releasing white-labeling and believe it can greatly enhance your experience with our platform. Please understand that it may still be a couple months until we release white-labeling, but we wanted to get this pricing out so you can make your purchase decision with as much information as possible.
