I purchased Automaticall and so far I am enjoying it. Is Discord the only way to contact support or to access how to use the features? The link to Discord says that it's invalid. Please provide a correct link.
What's the purpose of the Contact number? Will people and numbers listed allow these folks to bypass the AI and call me directly? If not is it possible to have certain numbers not be answered by the AI?

Q: Website Widget

Hi There,

On your website, I noticed a widget that can call customers directly and speak with the AI agent. Is this included with the deal? I did not see that it was mentioned in the overview. If it is not included, could you provide more information about the additional cost? If it is included, is it possible to also change the call display number when it makes an outgoing call?

Could you also provide more information about the cost for additional minutes if you exceed your limit? It would be nice if this information were provided on the product overview page. Thanks!

Q: opaque founder/company reason?

Why is the founder and company not shown? Its just one new intern on the page you linked to, there is no website and the founder isn't willing to share his personal profile or any background information so we can trust who is making this software? Data privacy is a huge deal nowadays and this is not something I can consider using as it currently is designed to hide the true ownership/controller who would be asking for our trust in potentially accessing sensitive business callers conversations of our customers and prospects. Our businesses will lose business if the callers lose trust in us and that could happen in many ways, such as finding out that we used software without trustworthy privacy to record their call. please make an effort to rectify these issues immediately as I'm sure it will go very far if you do!

We are a small team of 5 people trying to solve the problem of missed opportunities caused due to missed calls that solves people's anxiety and brings good business for them.

Regarding data privacy, we are currently working with a compliance solution to get our GDPR seal and documents. We actually have this as a part of our roadmap: https://automaticall.featurebase.app/roadmap and are active on chat and calls regularly on discord: https://discord.com/invite/EdW29HxqfC

All our sub-processors already have the DPAs needed, however for peace of mind on both sides sake, I would suggest waiting for a couple of months when we have officially released our GDPR announcement and we will be happy to onboard you then.

I have a business where people call to get quotes - I need a way for my bot to ask if they're looking to get a quote, and if yet, give them the option to hit 1 to get a text with the form fill to submit to us the information we need to get you an accurate quote.
