A: I believe you are looking at the website widget, as per the latest update we only provide the phone robot that installs on your phone number and takes your missed calls, not the website widget(personal and sales assistant on the website)

Contact number is for us to have your phone number that you wish to use for the AI - so our system can properly allocate the AI agent on your phone number. Why is the founder and company not shown? Its just one new intern on the page you linked to, there is no website and the founder isn't willing to share his personal profile or any background information so we can trust who is making this software? Data privacy is a huge deal nowadays and this is not something I can consider using as it currently is designed to hide the true ownership/controller who would be asking for our trust in potentially accessing sensitive business callers conversations of our customers and prospects. Our businesses will lose business if the callers lose trust in us and that could happen in many ways, such as finding out that we used software without trustworthy privacy to record their call. please make an effort to rectify these issues immediately as I'm sure it will go very far if you do!
