Any fool can open an e-commerce store, sit back, and wait for the e-cash to start rolling in, right?
Wrong, fool.
If you want to e-commerce like an e-pro, you need to consider all the angles – Identify and Occupy a Niche, Picking Suppliers, Licensing, Taxation, Design, Launch and Marketing.
That’s a lot of angles, young sumoling.
But don’t sweat it, because we’ve got another step-by-step plan that will walk you through all these issues and make sure your bases are covered. The gang at StartupPlays roped eCommerce guru Andrew Youderian into providing his playbook for starting a robust and legitimate online business. Andrew has founded eCommerce businesses that gross over $1 million annually – he knows what he’s talking about.
The StartupPlays folk have made Andrew's process easy-peasy to use – even a fool could follow the step-by-step instructions with tasklists and files to ensure all your bases are covered. You’ll learn how to use Shopify to set up a killer store, employ drop shipping, and reach further with effective marketing.
You’re going to go to the work to set up a store, why not use a proven process?
So don’t be a fool – get a head start and learn from a pro’s mistakes. And don’t forget that you got the AppSumo eDiscount when you’re a captain of eCommerce.
Looking for lots of videos and in-depth chapters on the history of the world while you sip your double latte? This isn't for you pretty boy. BUT if you're looking for a proven process and ready to get down to work, you're gonna love this actionable project plan.
Handle with care, sumoling – these tips are priceless!
Sincerely,
Chief “don’t be a fool” Sumo

This is a great step-by-step list of everything you'll need to startup an e-commerce store from scratch. If you already have a store, there are a lot of steps you won't need, but it still gives lots of ideas on how to improve your existing store.
The only thing is that its pretty specific to shopify, so if you're not on that platform you'll have to figure out how to apply some of the concepts.

Gave this one taco because I expected a book, but it's a list and a video. Not what I was expecting at all.

Expected more than a literal checklist. Might be a few gems in here, but I've yet to find them. Will keep poking around, but rather underwhelmed.
