Hey Yogi,

My best recommendation would be to go and complain on websites, big or small, and see how they respond.

Ask them questions that are obvious (these are the most frustrating ones to answer!) and ask them questions that are complex (technical questions).

When you receive your answer, take note of the personality, quality, and timeliness. Use the ratings on these metrics to gauge how you would've responded differently.

In other words: act like YOU'RE writing the book.
