What you get with Lucky Orange:
The ability to track visitor mouse movements and clicks
You can watch as your visitors type text, scroll pages, read text, click links, and navigate your site. Lucky Orange will even record a bunch of sessions automatically so you can replay them later.
Why this is awesome:
By watching how your visitors scan your site you can better understand what's confusing them. That's when you make subtle changes to your page and watch your visitors navigate again. By repeating this process you can have a page that converts exceptionally well!
Heatmaps

A slight hiccup when I brought it but Brian fixed it within a jiffy. I use this for wordpress and I can say its a fantastic deal and awesome bit of software. I have used clicktail and this does so much more and a fraction of the cost

Lucky orange sucks. Their analytics is so lame. Sometime all the logs just disappear and it start from 0 again. Live chat very slow, visitor msg get delivered to the agents in couple minutes. (This must be cause by web based dashboard) I heard complaint from my visitor and I tested this my self. Their spying feature might looks cool at first but it didnt function properly. DO NOT BUY Lucky Orange! at least until they come up with mobile apps and desktop version. I know its cheap but dont risk loosing your customer just for saving 300 bucks on some other live chat software.
