Ahhhh...stalking your website visitors, it's a wonderful thing!
It almost sounds illegal, but it's sooo profitable if you do it right!
Let me example-er-ize this:
Pretend you own an eCommerce website that sells baseball stuff (don't worry, I don't know anything about baseball either):
--- THE SUMO IS STARTING HIS ONLINE STORE EXAMPLE HERE ---
On Monday morning you wake up and check the orders that have come in for your baseball store. You have no idea how your customers got there.
This sumo slaps you upside the head and tells you to install LiveChat.
You take about 50 seconds to install LiveChat (it's simple as pasting a Google-Analytics-type code snippet on your pages)... BAAM! You're up and running.
Now when a visitor comes to your website...THEY INSTANTLY THEY SHOW UP IN LIVECHAT!
But wait. Also showing up is:
Now my young Sumo-ling, this is all very useful information blah blAH BLAH...but can you USE this to make more sales?
Yes Sumo-ling...and it's the crown jewel feature of LiveChat.
Simply click on a specific user, and you can pop-up a chat box on their screen!
Cool huh? But let me show you how this makes you more money (besides the obvious fact that you can understand how people browse your site).
As you're watching the LiveChat feed, you notice Bobby The Visitor has looked at 14 of your pages and added 3 items to his cart...he's also visited your site 3 times before.
LiveChat also tells you that Bobby is from Milwaukee... so he's obviously a Milwaukee Brewers baseball fan. You can USE this information to make more sales!
Simply click on Bobby and chat him up through LiveChat like this:
"Hey man, I noticed you're from Milwaukee and you've added some bats to your shopping cart. Casey McGehee (the 2010 Brewers MVP) actually uses THIS bat: whateveeerrr-some-kinda-cool-bat. You should check that one out too!"
br>Now THAT'S some great service! It's like being able to personally help your customers around your website.
Let's re-cap why LiveChat is for you (well...if ya have a website already):
ISN'T THIS AWESOME STUFF?? Well unfortunately to have LiveChat on a website for 6 months comes to a total of $216 a year... yowch. Totally worth every penny since it makes you more money, but still a lil 'spensive.
But we've convinced them JUST FOR A LIMITED TIME ONLY to give you a full 6 months for...are you ready for this: $49!!!
This Sumo is personally PROUD to be offering such a damn good deal on such a damn good service.
P.S. Watching my LiveChat feed is a crazy combination of hypnotic and informational.

This has more than paid for itself in the first week of use. Also, their support is super responsive - as they use their own product.

I installed this on my site and had myself and two assistants monitoring it. Was rarely clicked and actually chased people away at times. Not worth the time or money for my ecommerce site, uninstalled and got a refund.

The software is amazing. Best chat software I've ever used.
But - I think there should be an option to combine these deals for multiple operators, or some other system for adding extra operators.
I wanted to add a 2nd operator and was told I would need to forfeit the 6 months already paid for, and pay for 2 operators each month.
Not every business is suited to 1 operator only, and I reckon these exceptions should be accommodated for in some form, without forfeiting services already paid for.

Does anyone know if this is a one time $49 or a recurring $49.
Sumo-ling
It's one-time charge for the first 6-month period. It will probably ask you if you want to renew at the regular rate when you get to month 7.
