Be more focused (and less stressed) in 10 minutes a day

Headspace will bring you calm and clarity when you need it most
About a year ago, my life got really crazy.
I was running a side business while working 50+ hours a week at my day job.
The apartment above me flooded and caused $1,000 in damage to my home.
And then I unexpectedly had to hire a $500/hr attorney.
My mind was bombarded with thoughts and worries.
I was doing my best to take care of my finances and health ... but I wasn't taking care of my mind.
Each day the only thing I wanted to do was to sit for a half hour without stressing or feeling overwhelmed.
In the rare moments when I found time to sit down to read a book or just sit and relax (no TV, no distractions), my mind started to race.
I needed to:
- Get to inbox zero
- Do laundry
- Meet deadlines at my new job
- Write down a new business idea
- Figure out how to pay my legal fees
With all of this going on in my mind, my memory, creativity and focus suffered ... making it even harder to get my work done.
Thankfully, I found a solution that has been helping me take care of my mind.
Headspace is a meditation app (and website) that brings you calm and clarity when you need it most.
