“How do I redeem my deal?"
After you buy a deal, you’ll receive an email with your codes and redemption instructions. You can also access your deals by clicking on “Account” on the top right of the home page. From there, scroll down and click on the image of your deal. Follow the specific redemption instructions we give you and you’ll be on your way.
“But I didn’t get an email and there’s no product in my account.”
This usually happens because you have more than one account. Try looking at your other emails and searching for the AppSumo confirmation email. If you’re COMPLETELY sure the email/product is just missing, then shoot our Customer Happiness Sumo Daniel an email and he’ll get it sorted out for you.
“My redemption code doesn’t work.”
Sorry about that! Just a heads up, you HAVE to be logged into your correct account in order to use the redemption code. But if you’re logged in, and the redemption link still doesn’t work, then shoot a kind email to support@appsumo.com. Daniel will take good care of you :).
“The link you’ve given me to redeem is no longer working.”
Yikes! We’re so sorry about that. Please contact us and we’ll direct you to our awesome partner who’ll help you. We’ll also fix the link for future purposes :).
“How long should I wait for a response?”
Our awesome sumos will respond to your ticket within 24 hours (a lot of times it’s much sooner). If by some weird reason it takes longer than that, then try calling our sumo-hotline or tweeting us at @appsumo.
“How do you get these great deals?”

"How do I get a refund??"
Just send us an email. Again, wait 24 hours after your email before sending in another request. Unless of course, you change your mind. :)
