You know Sumo-ling...
You know what’s hard?
Aside from the corns on my feet?
Finding quality photos...that I can use FREEEEELY.
I mean finding high quality stock photos that are royalty free. As well as vectors and illustrations to use for one of my many “Sumos Rule” blogs.
Sure sure sure...”why don’t you use Google Chief Sumo? You can find free photos anywhere Chief Sumo. I thought you were clever Chief Sumo.”
But this Sumo doesn’t roll that way; this sumo is an upstanding citizen who does things the right way...most of the time.
Anyway, most of those free photo sites are just damn crappy or they try to trick you into purchasing an image, or watermark the HELL out of their photos.
Yeah...no.
And it’s harder finding the right image that I need than trying to fit into a size medium Speedo.
That’s when it dawns on me, out of nowhere, a ray light of light hit me dead in the eye, the birds began to sing sweet melodies, and the fog dissipated as if...as if it was a sign and someone was trying to tell me something.
That or the night guard at the local gym caught me using the steam room without a membership shining his flashlight in...
No something even better happened...one of our Sales Sumos stumbled upon DepositPhotos.
So I gave it a little look-see and was pretty much thrown back by their enormous library of images (over 8.5 million to be not exact).
Not only that, but they have almost every conceivable niche in over 30 categories of photos and vectors.
Not your amateur photography photos, but high quality, premium photos and detailed vectors. The kind you wouldn’t think twice about using for your own design. The kind you would be happy to pay for and keep forever.
But, best of all...it was a snap to find what I was looking for. From photos of people eating tacos to vectors of taco labels, burritos, and just plain food! I’m biased, ok?
Everything is so well organized, the advanced search is easy enough for even this Sumo to use. They even give you your own lightbox to store, score, and share any image you like so you can easily find it again.
So if you’re a designer with a huge need for stock images and vectors to work with (and what designer doesn’t) you must, MUST pick this deal up.
Why? Because we’re giving you a Sumo discount on membership! More money in your pocket, less billable hours you’re spending searching for images, and more time doing what matters to your bottom line.
That’s why we’re giving away this membership for only $59.95 so you can download 10 files/day for 30 days. That’s 300 images you can fill your design library with, all for $59.95! (Normally $99/month)
That’s $0.20 PER image! Unless you’ve got some Super-Secret-Members-Club with some other microstock site that can do a better deal than this...well you can stop reading now.
BUT...if you could spend hours browsing and downloading photos and vectors from a library of over 8.5 million files...and don’t want to empty your wallet while filling your hard drives...this is FOR YOU!
Just click Buy Now and pick up your membership for $59.95 TODAY before time runs out because if you don’t, well I hope you didn’t rip up your Super-Secret-Members-Club card for your other stock image resource.
Sincerely,
The “Godzilla Of The Office” Chief Sumo
I loved the photos, but even though I accessed it through the Appsumo portal, provided my credit card information etc... they only credited my account for the standard 7 days 5 per day deal. I contacted them via live chat and they essentially just repeated the 7 day 5 per day deal. I cut and pasted the email from Appsumo, and provided a link to the VIEW DEAL page, and 9 hours later I have no response.....Pictures were great...but now I am sad in Missouri.

It's been 3 days since I used Depositphotos using this deal and All I can say is it was amazing ... I just hope they still have this next month so I can renew it using this deal.
Personally, it was a steal when I saw some of the pictures here on higher priced sites with the same author and got it for only ($0.20 per image) and they're selling it for $7-onward.

Great deal... only 20% of the downloads of the first day were corrupted files... however the online support 'corrected' it immediately... (the full size images were corrupted, the smaller not)... 300 pictures for that amount is a great deal, but it would have been perfect if all pictures proved to be usable... service is perfect however!

I don't like the fact that if you download on day 1 at 3pm you have to wait until 3pm+ the following day to download. This basically means you will lose out if you don't discipline yourself every day to set aside a time at the same time everyday. And that is not possible with most people. So figure that you will lose a day or two of downloads at least.
Live chat solved a few problems, but they didn't get back to me when i left a message when they were unavailable.
The photos and searching is fast. Not sure if Getty images or other stock photo libraries have more variety. I would have preferred a deal with Getty to ensure i had as many options as possible. Choice of size is fine, i always take the highest density image and larger sizes because I can push it into fireworks to resize.
So wake up at midnight and download? lol.

At nearly $0.20 an image for stock photos and vector images of nearly any size, this deal is a major bargain. The only issue is remembering to download everyday. Even forgetting half of the time still provides $0.40 an image pricing. Compare that to $10-$15 per image, you can't beat it.

Had a minor issue getting my credits, but their online customer service worked out the kinks for me immediately. Thought the variety of photos was fairly good compared to other sites--extremely good for the cost per picture.

The price for the deal is good, but there are better services out there with more selection and file formats.

Having to wait 24 hours, with no notification when 24 hours are up... painful. Obviously done to minimize the chances you'll use everything about the subscription package - meant to be good for them, not you.

I have bought the Deposit Photos deal 4 times! I highly recommend this deal.
The cost of buying stock photos keeps going up. With this deal, you can download 10 photos per day for a month for less than $60. I find it difficult to download all 300 photos, but I certainly get 100 plus photos. That means I am paying about $0.50 per photo, which is way cheaper than the other stock photo deals.
Easy to redeem, easy to use!
Go for it!
