I paid, but I didn't receive an order confirmation email and the purchase isn't in my AppSumo account!
I don't recognize this charge on my statement!

Before you file a chargeback or open a dispute, we ask you to please give us an email at support@appsumo.com so we can look into things on our end, and let us know some details, like:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your AppSumo account email address
  • The date of your transaction
  • Name of the deal purchased and price
  • Your PayPal transaction ID (If you used PayPal to purchase)

Getting in touch with us first is the quickest and easiest way to get any billing questions resolved - we are happy to research your transaction(s) and issue any necessary refunds! Email support@appsumo.com at any time, and we'll take care of you.
