I got this product as I was putting together a couple of 'how-to' guides and wanted to create graphics for them. My products are downloadable eBooks, so I don't have physical products I can photograph. I had already knocked up some product images using Photoshop and they were "Ne-yah" i.e. uber 1960's used car salesman-esqe. To be honest, my initial attempts were still Gorgonzola-cheesy, but at least it only took minutes rather than hours, so that was already a bonus. within 30 minutes, I was producing stuff that was as good as I had seen out there.
So go and buy this. It won't make you a Frank Kern or Andy Jenkins as that's about content (I suspect the Sumos will sell you a product to do that), but at least your product shots will look as good as theirs.

This product is GOOD. It is not amazing. It has some bugs in it and lacks special editing features. You can still do basic edits, just nothing super fancy like photoshop. But for creating fast graphics that look good without any hassle, this tool rocks. I actually just created all of my product graphics in about 30 minutes. Then I put them all together in a "bundle" for the final offer and it looks good. I'm sure with time this tool will be improved and bugs will be fixed.

If you have a need for this sort of thing iit is super easy and while on screen product looks rough, when finalized it prints out nice and clean. Nice time saver. I'd buy again.

Good but not great. UI easy but not 100% intuitive. Likely still need Photoshop or equivalent to knockout images, etc.

Box Shot King is an effective (and fun) tool in my designer toolbox. While there are a few areas it could use improvement in, they're so minor as to be non-essential at this time. The finished product looks fantastic and is as fast to make as they say. Plus, there are built-in textures, abstract graphics, and package details right inside the app. Great purchase!

Wow.... I'm speechless... this should called "How to be a World Sumo Champion with only 5 minutes of training (and eating)". This will save me thousands of dollar this year in graphic design costs and hours! Whatever King Sumo is eating - keep packing on those pounds!
