Hiring SUCKS.
Yea it’s a hard process... but it also literally SUCKS away your time.
Oh cruel (and fat) SumoGod!
As soon as I get SO busy that I need to hire someone, it sucks up MORE of my time just to hire them??
Fortunately Chief Sumo Noah Kagan has been through this a million times before.
He’s also famously impatient... so he’s developed a system that literally eliminates all the crappy candidates automatically and only shows him the cream-of-the-crop (and we Sumos LOVE cream).
The way he does this is by using four tools that EVERYONE has:
With this system he automates the whole hiring process by setting up clever obstacles for people to jump over... and having the software filter all the crappy candidates.
This system lets you eliminate all the crap BEFORE EVER TALKING TO A SINGLE CANDIDATE!! Sounds impossible... but it’s not.
Noah spills the secrets to his automated hiring system, and LITERALLY SHOWS YOU via screen capture step-by-step what he does.
So if you have to hire people (or are about to hire people), this video is an absolute MUST-WATCH.
Noah recently showed his system LIVE at the PIEpdx conference, and every jaw in the room was on the floor.
People were getting carpal tunnel syndrome because they were writing stuff down so quickly.
We’re offering a candid video-demonstration of Noah’s system for a stupid-low price for today only.
Now we Sumos will happily exploit our founder and keep this video of his hiring secrets for sale... HOWEVER... we are not generous enough to keep it this cheap for that long.
In fact, it’s pretty stupid for us to give away this information at all. So pretty soon, the price on this action video will skyrocket.
Right now it’s priced at only $49 (keep in mind you’re getting the hiring secrets of a fat-and-seasoned entrepreneur)... but it will only stay that way for a LIMITED TIME.
After that the price jacks up. So get your fat Sumo-fingers on this NOW and start learning to hire LIKE A SUMO.
Sincerely,
The Sumo Squad
P.S. These are TRIED AND PROVEN hiring techniques from a guy who’s been-there-done-that (#30 at Facebook, #3 at Mint, Founder at Gambit, Founder of AppSumo)... so listen up and learn.
P.P.S. While Noah was recording this, the whole office SHUT THE HELL UP and listened to him in awe. No one even knew they were hired with this system!
P.P.P.S. If you’re hiring people... grab this now. It’s that good. Seriously.

The video is only 25 minutes but worth it. Noah walks through the process of hiring a personal assistant, going from over a thousand applications to only calling two people. This allows him to focus on running his business instead of reading resumes in Microsoft Word.
His system is based on the idea that a person that works hard on the job application and interview will also work hard on the job itself. Noah says that if I ask for a Skype number and you don't have one, just go create one, be proactive.
The AppSumo Hiring Secrets system is the employer's version of Ramit Sethi's Briefcase Technique.

I've hired a LOT of people over many years.
I always hated the time it took. I was busy! Who now has time to interview people?!
I knew how to find and hire brilliant people, but it took sooooo long to find the jewel amongst ALL the <sigh> rubbish that I felt obliged to review.
If I only had some of the smarts that are in this short training. It would have saved me hours and hours of wading through so many applications and conducting countless unnecessary interviews.
This short training is straight to the point, humorous to watch and truly fantastic information. Loads of great ideas.
Please do yourself a favour and invest in the tiny cost of this. You'll make your money back by the truckload in saved time and frustration. (and if you can't afford this maybe you shouldn't be hiring!) :)

One of the most helpful courses I've ever purchased. Made my hire process so simple and got the best hires from this process I've ever had. Highly recommended.

I mean for $49 you could have put together some basic templates and tools. Nothing really that amazing.

Looking to hire some 1099 sales people for my company, and this deal presented itself at the perfect time. Now I'm looking to stunt, like I'm a MORBIDLY-OBESE SUMO, even if I'm really starting out a skinny little sumo. =/ Either way, this hiring process is going to save me a ton of time and will hands-down get me in front of the best applicants right away, rather than sifting through the hot messes lurking the craigslist ads spamming every employer with their boring ass resume. Cant thank you enough for sharing these simple, yet supremely powerful hiring secrets!!

So I couldn't buy $49 worth of tacos after this. Def worth it. I am going to try to implement this the best I can in the dental office. But maybe soon when I finish the how to make your first dollar. Great tips on automation of weeding out the weak.
Thanks Noah. The courses here are a great resource.

This is a very clever and useful way to hire. You still have to work to do with this system, but your effort is well-spent. I sorted through 40 applicants in one day, interviewed the top four, and have been extremely happy with the hire I made. I will definitely use this system again in the future.
I dock one star for not mentioning that certain features of the system (google autoreply) no longer work the way they're supposed to.

The look on my manager's face when I mentioned some of those tactics was worth every penny! Noah needs to make more videos on the day to day of running a business and charge my credit card before sending the deal out.

How does this deal compare with the other hiring process deal made by Appsumo? Are they the same process? If I get both, will there be overlap?
Dan
Great question, I would certainly like to get an answer also...

I asked this same question and the answer was that this one has been proven many times over within Appsumo. So, this is the one that comes highly recommended. However, I am not sure exactly how that answer's the question.
