It was all a bit Marketing-lite. After reading the marketing document in a few minutes I had absolutely no inclination to listen to the interview. I had a quick read of the transcript though and it was similarly lite (TM?).
Nothing wrong with that of course, I can understand how this would work as an introduction to digital marketing as it feels more like a very light introductory chapter from a paperback on digital marketing, but definitely not containing 'Detailed breakdowns showing how Noah grew Mint within just 6 months of product launch.' Nothing contained within this was detailed in any way and it really shouldn't be sold as such. Maybe my expectations were a little more academic, with this being sold as a course, so my expected requirements weren't met in that respect.
Don't get me wrong, I certainly wasn't expecting the golden ticket, just a bit more detail and a lot more meat. Unless you are very new to the business, I'd steer clear but if it is all new to you, it's a good summary of online marketing presented in an easily digestible format.
Could also be good as a digital marketing taster for clients who aren't accustomed to the online sector.

Very informative. I could see where an internet marketing "expert" could see this as "beginner" material but seeing as though I am a developer with a new online business and I don't have much experience with marketing, this is an awesome start for me and my team. Thanks Sumo!
